The full-automatic CNC glass cutting table is for cutting automatically all kinds of the raw glass sheet to fit size. And it includes cutting device, computer control system, computer copying system and pneumatic/hydraulic control system.
Includes the cutting table, drive belt, positioning device, cutting bridge and cutting head unit, loading arms, breaking function. The cutting table is of separated air-box type. There is a carpet on the surface of the cutting table. The cutting table will lower down when the glass is conveyed, and it will rise up when the glass is cut. The drive belt which is imported from a foreign country is driven by the AC frequency converter system. There is high-efficiency glass detecting and positioning unit on the section ensuring accurate glass positioning on the table. The X-direction movement of the cutting bridge, the Y-direction movement of the cutting head unit and the turning of the cutting head are all controlled by Siemens AC servo system, ensuring accurate coordinated X-Y-Z movement during the cutting of any shape of glass. The principle and structure of the cutting head unit is the most advanced in the world today, and its cutting performance is much better than any other cutting machines.
