Heating function

1. To the temperature setting value as the goal, oblique wave buffer control, intelligent adjustment of the power    of the electric heating wire, control the temperature error of ±2.0℃.

2.The output power of the heating wire fluctuates due to the peak voltage of the grid, and the unstable fluctuation of power will affect the spherical curvature of curved glass. In the control program developed by PG Technology, the output power of the heating wire is automatically adjusted by an analog automatic control mode, so that the output power of the heating wire is constant (the effective range of the voltage float can be set to ±20V), and the actual output power of the heating wire remains unchanged within the range of the voltage float ±20V. The bending parameters of the glass remain stable, and the spherical curvature of the hot bending glass is not affected by voltage fluctuations of the power grid.

3. PG The design parameters of the heating wire meet the working environment of 0-1000°, and the data  comes from the material and shape of the heating wire. The shape includes the middle diameter of the heating wire, the wire diameter and the surface load of the heating body. The heat emitted under intelligent control will not have an adverse effect on the glass, and will not leave traces and spots of heating wires when the glass is subjected to high temperature.

Mechanical arrangement

1. Mechanical structure: The main frame of the hot bending furnace is welded with high-quality steel, the structure is solid, and the surface is baked paint steel plate. In order to keep the heat inside, the high temperature resistant material is used as the heat insulation layer, and the vehicle platform has a supporting mold platform.

The surface of the thermal insulation cotton is poured with high temperature coating to synthesize high temperature water. After heating, the surface of the thermal insulation cotton is hardened, which plays the role of thermal insulation and has a good external force resistance.

2. Hot air internal circulation system: balanced and stable hot air circulation makes the glass evenly heated, more rapid heating.Continuous and stable cooling annealing structure, the cooling period through the inlet fan and the internal circulation fan cooperation, can quickly and stably cool.

System intelligent function

1. Operation interface: Computer operation using Windows Dynamic Picture, easy for Human-Machine interactive dialogue; The bending furnace operation and settings are performed by control panel (keyboard and monitor); Manually setting and storing glass bending parameters in the first production, all the technical parameters can be amended during production and it can be saved or not; Glass types can be reach up to more 3000 kinds; Storage the bending parameter will set operation limit of authority, while deleting the bending parameter has to input password by prescriptive operator. When the furnace get malfunction, there will be alarm and record and it can check the root of fault then easy for debugging.Equipment design has its own mechanical limit protection function. The action pattern can run with automatic and manual mode; Heating has preheating and bending mode; Equipment control with automatic and manual mode; There is testing function used for heating elements working is normal or not; Install high-performance watt-hour meter, connect with computer and record electricity power consumption.

2.Intelligent operating system:

Operation interface break up mode and automatic mode. 

Manual mode: Click the run button to run the car, and you can detect the working state of the electric heating wire. And routine maintenance, repair work.

Automatic mode: preheat mold mode and hot bending mode.

Preheat mold mode: The cold furnace is heated to a stable state for production. It can better protect the components of the equipment, so that the furnace reaches a stable hot state from a cold state.                                            

One-click start preheating mode in the holding zone: preheat the glass in advance to reduce the heating time in the forming zone. Before entering the forming area, the temperature difference between the preheating area and the forming area should be intelligently judged to avoid glass burst.

Hot bending mode: Steady state of continuous production of hot bending glass

Cooling mode: set the temperature and frequency of the inner circulating fan, and automatically run the cooling slope, which can be set in multiple stages.

The cooling stage of the cold air inlet: set the temperature and the frequency of the cooling fan, and automatically run the cooling slope, which can be set in multiple stages.

Automatic opening setting of thermal insulation cover: Open the distance of thermal insulation cover according to the setting of temperature and time. Balance effective cooling

3. Record the heating parameters of a variety, which can be changed, saved and invoked

4.When the heating parameters of a certain variety are determined, the heating parameters are called according to the production variety, and the heating parameters automatically control the product process.

5.The cutting personnel can effectively identify which glass belongs to the car, and the thermal bending parameters should correspond to the car.

6.The interface parameter after new modification, it can save at least two previous parameter.(The current one and previous one).
