Our History
2003, Luoyang Yigao Machinery Co., Ltd. was established

On October 15, 2003, Luoyang Yigao Machinery Co., Ltd. was established in Jianxi District, Luoyang City, focusing on the research and development and manufacturing of glass deep processing equipment. The initial team focused on mechanical design and automatic control, focusing on CNC glass cutting technology.

Successfully launched the EG-CM series CNC special-shaped glass cutting machine

In 2005, the company successfully launched the EG-CM series CNC special-shaped glass cutting machine, which integrates computer software, sensor technology, and mechatronics design to achieve automation and high precision of glass cutting, filling the gap in the domestic market.

Starting its internationalization journey

In 2007, the EG-CM series passed the certification of the National Machinery Quality Inspection Center, with a cutting accuracy of ±0.1mm and an efficiency three times higher than that of traditional equipment, becoming the preferred equipment for domestic automotive glass and building curtain wall companies. In the same year, the company exported its first equipment to Singapore, starting its internationalization journey.

The first branch and R&D center were established

In 2010, the company established its first branch, expanded its R&D center and production base, introduced equipment such as German five-axis machining centers and Japanese three-coordinate measuring machines, and established a standardized production system.

Awarded the title of "Henan High-tech Product"

In 2012, the second-generation EG-CM Pro series was launched, equipped with a self-developed intelligent cutting algorithm, supporting fast programming of complex and special-shaped glass, and increasing cutting speed by 40%, and was awarded the title of "Henan High-tech Product".

Breakthrough in laser positioning and adaptive pressure control technology

In 2013, the company's R&D investment accounted for 22% of its revenue, breaking through laser positioning and adaptive pressure control technology, enabling the equipment to achieve zero breakage rate in Low-E coated glass cutting.

The product passed the EU CE certification and entered the Middle East market,

In 2014, the product passed the EU CE certification and entered the Middle East market, providing glass cutting solutions for the Qatar 2022 World Cup venues.

The company launched the "Intelligent Manufacturing 2020" plan

In 2016, the company launched the "Intelligent Manufacturing 2020" plan, invested 15 million yuan to develop a full-process digital system for glass deep processing, integrated MES production management, AGV logistics scheduling and remote operation and maintenance platform, and achieved 100% equipment networking rate.

The third-generation product EG-CM Ultra series was launched

In 2018, the third-generation product EG-CM Ultra series was launched, equipped with a visual recognition system and AI cutting path optimization, and the cutting efficiency was further improved by 25%, winning the "Technical Innovation First Prize" from the China Glass Industry Association.

Successfully developed ultra-thin glass cutting technology with a minimum cutting thickness of 0.3mm

In 2019, the company passed the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system certification, and jointly built a joint laboratory with the Fraunhofer Institute in Germany to develop ultra-thin glass cutting technology with a minimum cutting thickness of 0.3mm, which is used in the field of flexible display screens. In the same year, products were exported to Australia, Poland and other countries, with more than 300 customers worldwide.

R&D investment exceeded 200 million CNY

In 2021, the company's R&D investment exceeded 200 million CNY, accounting for 25% of its revenue, with a focus on robot applications and industrial Internet.

Launched a smart factory solution for glass deep processing

In 2022, it launched a smart factory solution for glass deep processing, integrating cutting, edging, and tempering full-process automation equipment, which increased customer production efficiency by 60% and reduced energy consumption by 30%. The solution was implemented in companies such as Fuyao Glass and CSG Group, and was awarded the "Henan Province Intelligent Manufacturing Benchmark Project".

Won national level awards

In 2023, the company was awarded the national "specialized and innovative small giant enterprise", with 23 patents, including 8 invention patents.

Successfully developed photovoltaic glass laser engraving equipment

In 2024, it cooperated with China Building Materials Research Institute to develop photovoltaic glass laser engraving equipment, breaking through high-speed motion control and thermal stress compensation technology, with an engraving speed of 1200mm/s, which was applied to photovoltaic leading companies such as Longi Green Energy and Tongwei Co., Ltd.

Launched an AI-driven glass deep processing cloud platform

In 2025, the company launched an AI-driven glass deep processing cloud platform, which optimized process parameters through big data analysis, and increased the comprehensive utilization rate of customer equipment to 92%. At present, the products have been sold in more than 50 countries around the world, with a market share of 12% in the international glass machinery market, making it one of the setters of industry technical standards.
